Working in an industry with an international client-base is already a challenge, then add in a global pandemic. At Merkle International, we have adapted to changes with ease and found new opportunities to connect with our client-base. As construction slowed, we stayed optimistic about our projects and are grateful we only experienced delays rather than project cancellations.
We were thankful that during these tough times for businesses, the manufacturing industry remained optimistic towards to the future and continues to sustain that idea. This idea has helped us remain excited about the rest of 2021 and the opportunities that will arise as we regain normalcy.
To continue our relationships with international clients, we shifted and began hosting webinars to talk about new technology, changes to product lines and provided virtual support. It has been great to see our client’s faces and their optimism in getting projects done during the pandemic.
Being able to connect with clients in Turkey, Italy, and Serbia at the same time is only one example of how we have utilized our webinars this past year. More people joined this meeting than would have in person and allowed Merkle International to connect with more employees, with more ideas and questions.
We are excited to continue growing with the success of our webinars with our clients and suppliers.
In addition to our webinars, Merkle continues to stay on track with projects and adding our expertise to more industries across the world.
